Turnkey Solutions
FOKUS offers turnkey solutions for local and global customers to develop domestic products in their own facilities. In this context, activities such as making necessary technology transfer, providing training, establishing infrastructure, and developing prototype products are carried out.
Each division of work developed under the Turnkey Project Plan includes project design reports, project implementation reports, design documentation reports, plans that guide multiple project plans, risk management, configuration management, specifications, and related agreements
1. Organization of Infrastructure and Creation of Technological Laboratories
Design, production and establishment of operational infrastructures of all development laboratories that should be included in the technology base infrastructure to be created.
2. Training of Manpower
Training the engineers who will work at the technology base through training programs that will enable them to have the necessary technological and engineering knowledge to carry out design, production and maintenance activities.
3. Technology and Know-How Transfer
Providing product technology, business and production information required for the desired production and R&D for Laser and Electro-Optic subjects.
4. Pilot Production
Following the commissioning of the established technological infrastructure, to ensure that the pilot production for the first product targeted is realized by using the human resources trained with the technology provided.
